This isn't a personality quiz. It's a diagnostic.

In 3 minutes, you'll know which rules have been shaping your decisions without you realising, the ones that feel like "this is just how I am" until you see them clearly.

The assessment shows you which kind of invisible rules are shaping you most strongly and how they’ve been showing up in your life.

About Neeta

I spent twenty years building a career, then left to build a business. Both were successful. Both ran on rules I didn't know were rules.

Rules about how to succeed, how to be seen, how to stay on the right side of everyone. They produced results. But I was running on empty in a way I'd learned to hide very well, until my body made it impossible to ignore.

At 48, a diagnosis of MS made continuing as I had been impossible. My first rebellion wasn't loud. It was a no, said clearly, without the paragraph of explanation I would usually have added.

The Invisible Rules Assessment came from that work. It's also the foundation of the Quiet Rebel Collective. I know what it gives you to see the rules and the pattern beneath them clearly. A name for why you keep saying yes before you've worked out what you actually want. Why you're still going over that conversation three days later. Why certain people and situations still get to you more than they should.

This assessment helps make those rules, and the pattern beneath them, visible.

The thing you've been frustrated with yourself about stops feeling like a personal flaw. It's a rule you learned.

Read what others have to say

I was a chronic overthinker, feeling lethargic and like my work was making me ill. Through Neeta's subtle, non-invasive guidance, I realised I only need to control myself, not what others think. The transformation was phenomenal; I feel stronger, more vibrant, and no longer willing to tolerate overthinking other people's problems.

Amanda

I found myself drifting deeply into overthinking. I soon began to realise that this was going to be different. She helped me navigate away from the negative chatter and I was able to bypass the repetitive self-talk that once dominated my whole way of being. I feel so refreshingly liberated for the first time in my adult life.

The old rules don't always feel like rules.

Sometimes they look like a message rewritten until the tone feels safe enough to send.  A task handed to someone else, then retrieved at 10pm because you couldn't trust it would be done right. A decision you've been almost ready to make for longer than you want to admit.

Find out which rules have been shaping you and the pattern beneath them.
